Return & Refund Policy

We are a professional salon supply distributor, not a big-box retailer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from RenPro Beauty, you agree to the terms below.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Condition Requirement
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original, sealed packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Opened or Used Products — Final Sale
Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken is final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes all hair color, developer, treatments, shampoos, conditioners, styling products, and any other professional product. We are a professional distributor — we cannot resell opened products. Please order carefully and confidently.
Tools & Equipment
Brushes, bowls, clips, accessories, and equipment must be returned in original, unopened packaging within the same 14-day window. Any item that shows signs of use will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@renprobeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
Claims submitted without photos cannot be processed. If the error is ours, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge — you do not need to return the item.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an eligible item by your own choice, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method. RenPro Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Authorization Required — Do Not Send Without Contacting Us First
You must contact us at info@renprobeauty.com before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
Store Credit — No Cash Refunds
RenPro Beauty issues store credit only. We do not refund to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected (allow up to 5 business days), a store credit code will be issued to the email address on your account. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future order.
Restocking Fee
RenPro Beauty reserves the right to apply a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis for returns that require additional handling or inspection.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
All sale items and gift cards are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
