Shipping Policy

All orders ship via UPS from our New Port Richey, FL location.

Processing Time

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

All orders ship via UPS. Our rates are:

• Standard Shipping — $18.00 flat rate, 3–4 business days (all U.S. orders)
• Free Shipping (Florida only) — Free standard shipping on orders of $250.00 or more at checkout for Florida delivery addresses. Pro account holders: the $250 threshold applies to your checkout total after your Pro discount is applied.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for customers within 10 miles of our New Port Richey, FL location. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout — a $35.00 minimum order is required.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly at ups.com.
